📜 HADITH REFERENCE

📌 Sahih Muslim 2581

Narrated by ʿAbdullāh ibn Unays (may Allah be pleased with him):

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Allah will gather the people on the Day of Resurrection, naked, uncircumcised, and barefoot… Then they will be called by a voice that is heard from far and near: ‘I am the King, I am the Dayyān. It is not befitting that anyone from the people of the Fire should enter the Fire while someone from the people of Paradise owes him a right — until I settle the matter.’”

📚 Tafsir (Ibn Rajab, An-Nawawi, Ibn Hajar)**

  • On that Day:
    • No claim will go unheard
    • No injustice will be brushed aside, even between people not destined for the same fate
  • Al-Dayyān will:
    • Bring justice full circle — even if it’s between enemies, strangers, or forgotten events
    • Repay with deeds — when words, wealth, and excuses are worthless

You may forgive someone in this world — but Al-Dayyān will still offer you justice if you want it in the next.

📖 QUR’ĀNIC ECHO

📌 Surah Al-Fātiḥah 1:4

“Master of the Day of Recompense (Yawm al-Dīn).”

📚 Tafsir (Ibn Kathir, Al-Baghawi, As-Sa‘di)**

  • Yawm al-Dīn (Day of Judgment) is the day when Al-Dayyān rules openly, with:
    • No intercessor except by His permission
    • Perfect justice, not swayed by fame, wealth, or lineage
    • Complete record-keeping — every action, intention, and thought brought forth

In this life, justice is partial.
In the court of Al-Dayyānjustice is perfect, permanent, and personal.

🪞 Tafhīm (Relatable Understanding)

  • You were mistreated and never got closure.

Al-Dayyān says: “Wait. Nothing is lost with Me — and I will return what was taken.”

🌍 EVIDENCE IN TODAY’S WORLD

1. Someone Hurt You and Faced No Consequence

  • The world moved on. But your pain lingered.

Al-Dayyān recorded it. And He will repay you, down to the last wound.

2. You Wronged Someone and They’re Gone

  • You can’t apologize. You regret it now.

Al-Dayyān will bring you together again — and you’ll face what you owe.

3. Injustice Dominates Systems — and the Innocent Suffer

  • Falsehood prevails. Liars rise.

Not forever. Al-Dayyān will flip the scales — when the world has exhausted its lies.

4. You Gave and Gave — and No One Repaid You

  • Silent generosity. No thanks. No return.

Al-Dayyān saw every sacrifice — and He will reward it when it counts most.

❤️ EMOTIONAL ANCHORING

Al-Dayyān is the One who says:
“You are not forgotten. Nothing owed to you will be lost. And every injustice will be repaid — either in forgiveness or fair consequence.”

He:

  • Judges with precision
  • Allows no injustice to pass
  • Calls all to account — regardless of status
  • Honors every silent deed and every hidden wound

Whether you are owed or you owe — Al-Dayyān will meet you, measure you, and settle every debt in truth.

🤲 PERSONALIZED DU‘A

(Inspired by Hadith Muslim 2581 and Qur’an 1:4)
Not from the Prophet’s exact words — but drawn from authentic meanings

Yā Dayyān,
Judge me with mercy.
Return to me what was taken with justice — or replace it with something better.
Make me ready for Your court — not just with deeds, but with truth, humility, and repentance.
And on the Day no soul can help another, let me stand before You forgiven.
