📖 QUR’ĀNIC VERSE
📌 Surah Al-Infitar 82:6
“O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Most Generous (Al-Karīm)?”
📚 Tafsir (Ibn Kathir, Al-Baghawi, Al-Sa‘di)**
- Allah is calling us gently but firmly — reminding us of His generosity:
- He created you, perfected you, and balanced your form
- Even in your rebellion, He continues to feed you, protect you, wait for your return
- Al-Karīm gives:
- Without being asked
- Without expecting in return
- Without delay
This verse is both a wake-up call and a reminder of mercy — how can you disobey the One who is so generous to you?
🪞 Tafhīm (Relatable Understanding)
- You ask: “How can I come back to Allah after everything I’ve done?”
Al-Karīm replies: “I still clothed you. I still fed you. I still protected you. What made you think I would turn you away now?”
📜 HADITH REFERENCE
📌 Sahih Muslim 2702a
Narrated by Abū Dharr al-Ghifārī (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet ﷺ said that Allah says:
“O My servants… If the first and last of you, human and jinn, were to ask of Me and I gave everyone what they asked, it would not decrease what I possess any more than a needle dipped into the ocean [would diminish it].”
📚 Tafsir (Ibn Rajab, Imam Nawawi)**
- This hadith shows:
- The ocean of Allah’s generosity is infinite
- He gives not based on what you’ve done — but on who He is
- No request is too much. No repetition is annoying.
You could ask every moment of your life — Al-Karīm would never tire of giving.
🪞 Tafhīm (Relatable Understanding)
- You feel: “I don’t want to bother Allah again with my same mistakes.”
Al-Karīm says: “You are not a burden. I created giving — come back again.”
🌍 EVIDENCE IN TODAY’S WORLD
1. You’ve Been Given So Much — Without Earning It
- Health, family, time, chances.
That’s Al-Karīm — giving out of love, not merit.
2. You Kept Sinning — But Your Doors of Rizq Didn’t Close
- He could’ve punished you — but He waited instead.
Al-Karīm honors even those who forget Him.
3. You Received Something Before You Even Asked
- A need was fulfilled before you even realized it.
Al-Karīm gives before the duʿā — and more than what was asked for.
4. You Made a Duʿā Once — and It Was Answered Long After You Forgot
- Quiet, timely, and better than what you imagined.
That’s Al-Karīm — never forgetting the asks you’ve long stopped mentioning.
❤️ EMOTIONAL ANCHORING
Al-Karīm is the One who says:
“I give not because you deserve it — but because I love to give. You could return empty-handed 1000 times, and I would still clothe your soul in mercy.”
He:
- Honors those who forget
- Answers before He is called
- Never runs out
- Loves to forgive and elevate
You were created by Al-Karīm — so don’t live like you were made to beg from those who cannot give.
🤲 PERSONALIZED DUʿĀ
(Inspired by Qur’an 82:6 and Hadith Muslim 2702a)
Not from the Prophet’s exact words — but drawn from authentic meanings
Yā Karīm,
You gave me before I knew how to ask.
You kept honoring me even when I didn’t honor You.
Let me return to You not out of worthiness — but out of trust in Your generosity.
And let my heart always believe: You are too generous to turn me away.
